Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Neeraj Sharma, was working as a Computer Operator since 1st May to 30th Nov for Brilliant
Tutorials Pvt. Ltd, 50-C, Kalu Sarai, Near Hauz Khas Terminal, New Delhi -16, Phone:
26537391-95. Suddenly I was forcibly told to give resignation on 30th Nov when I told him
that my increment has not been satisfactory. Afterward, I resigned and I was told that your total
pending amount (Gratuity Earn Leave 1 Month Salary PF) will be paid shortly.
Now it has been more than 10 months, still I have not received my final settlement from this
company. Whenever I talked to HR Department, they only told again and again it will come in
next month, next week, next day.
I am being harassed through this company and facing a lot of problem due to non clearance of
my final settlement.
Kindly sort out my problems, I will be very thankful to you.
