Sir,
I have lost my class xth marksheet and class XIIth passing certificate. I want a duplicate of these documents. I did my schooling from Faridabad only. So i want to know that can i apply for these duplicate certificates from Delhi regional office only. Also i need to know the required documents and I want them urgent. Do i need to make any affidavits for this purpose.
