Not yet received certificates of bpp

Dear sir/madam,

i have completed bpp from ignou in dec. my enrollment no. is 072395541 but still nw i have not got my certificates and i am unable to admission other university. they need the certificates. when i called the ignou regional centre and study centre they did n't response. it is question of my career plz solve my problem.
