A sum of Rs 58, 200/-(Rs 33, 500/- as Ist Semester fee Rs 24, 700/- as Hostel Charges were paid for admission to Ist Year B. Tech (CSE) for my son Abhinav Bainslay on 21.6.2008 vide receipt no 1508 dated 21.6.2008. Due to health problem, my son did not join the college. I requested to the Principal vide my letter dated 28.8.2008 delivered personally on 30.8.2008 at their Panchkula head office for the full refund of the amount as college was not attended even for one day and was promised that they will send the refund. Inspite of my writing to them so many time during all this period and sending the letters by speed post, I have not received any reply from the college. Hence this complaint is to be filed against them for recovery of my amount.
