I was a student for the period of June to June for the course of BIT in IGNOU. During this period they had and HND ceritificate integrated with the BIT course. This HDN (Higher National Diploma) certificate course was accredited to Edxcel foundation U.K. For this certificate and course I paid an additional amount in pounds separately during the time of admission and I have the receipt of the same.
But then before we completed the course of BIT, IGNOU's collaboration with Edxcel ended and so I just got a provisional certificate and they never gave me the certificate for the same. Also we were promised the lectures for this course during the term of 3 years course. But they never appointed a permanent faculty for the course. Throughout the course they charged high fees due to International certificate and daily lectures but none of them ever happened. I feel cheated by such a national university.
