I enrolled my name in B.Ed course in Jain B.Ed college. Gwalior (MP) in session 2009. The college administration failed to conduct exam for this session. I tried to call them many a times but their response was absent. In sept I approached to college and requested them to cancel my enrollment and to return my fee. They accepted my application form with original fee receipt and assured. Me that after deduction my fee will be returned through cheque but till 28th Decm they have not given any response. I mailed the college twice and made call several time but they always say that concern person is on leave.
Sir, when cancellation is due to their fault and not mine so why will they deduct my fee instead of giving interest on it. They have never given response to any of my queries.
So please let me know how to get justice from consumer court.
