SIR,
I worked with the above mentioned school from july 1995 to march. I resigned from my post on 1st march with one month notice and i paid two month's salary at the time of leaving as i was a permanent teacher there. Since then i am asking the school authority for the due gratuity and my arrears for the sixth pay commission. I wrote several letters to the school but didn't get any reply, Hence i sent a legal complaint to the Dir. Of Education in the month of May. then onwards every month i am visiting the education office zone-25 in defence colony and getting the answer from the PRO that they have posted a letter to the school and has not got any reply from them. As per the advice of the Education Officer Ms Renu Sharma i filled another complaint to them on 1st oct. 2010 but failed to get any reply from them. Last month when i went and inquired she asked me to write another letter addressin the dept. Sir i am tired of writing letters as everything is simply going into vain.. I am lost don't know whom to approach. I can only request you to guide me properly as i don't want to offer bribe to the officers.
I will be obliged if you kindly help me to sort out this matter at the earliest so that i can get my dues as early as possible.
