I have paid complete fees for 3D Animation course from MAAC Chandigarh for my brother Abhimanyu Arora. He has completed the course a year back but he hasn't got the certificate from MAAC. Now, that centre has closed its operation from chandigarh/panchkula. The left out staff is not helping and they are asking to talk to Noida head office. We tried to talk to them, but they are also not helping out. Its been a month chasing them but no one is helping.
Please let me know if you can help us in this matter or is there any procedure so that I can go and file a case in consumer court.
