I have done my MA (Enrl. No. A4A3620814) 2009 from M.K. University. I have sent Rs. 1000-00 as special convocation fee for issue of Final
degree Certificate, (in September) Till date the certificate has not been received. I have done my B.L.I.Sc. Enrl. No. 11A7550105 – passed in Apr. 2011) I have paid Rs. 350-00 as regular convocation fee. Final Certificate for this has not yet been received. Why the University is

My wife Mrs. Elizabeth MacDonald passed her 8 papers in English Literature. Enrl. No. A1C3670801) The Final appearance being in April. Till date she has not received the consolidated Mark Sheet, not has she received the regularl mark sheets properly. The Study Centre at Baroda (Gujarat) are only giving diplomatic replies, but it seems that they are not in a position to do any thing. Why should an University keep a Study Center outside the state when such study centre have no use, and are not in a position to guide the students.
