Non receipt of study material

I had sent Rs 1950 vide DD No 642920 drawn on SBI for study material for AIPMT Medical module. I have still not received any material nor is anybody lifting any phone even though I am calling them continuously for the last 7-120 days. I want my money back and this institute blacklisted as it is cheating students.
