White small lumps mixed in slice sealed pack bottle

Dear Sir,

I had purchased at bottle of Slice (200 ml), Batch no-1191, Mfg Place-Steel city Bevrage, Adityapur, Jamshedpur, JHARKHAND.. on 4/9 from Chhota Gobvindpur, Jamshedpur, JHARKHAND. After close observation of the bottle, I could see white small lumps mixed with drink. The bottle is still seal pack.

I had complained about this 14/9 at there toll free no. I was told that within two days somebody will visit me. Again I called up on 17/9. Same thing was said to me. Same thing send by mail on22/9.But till date no action taken.

Please help me.
