I am Student of Mumbai Shala of Banking & Insurance (MSBI), I am writing here to inform you about the reality of this fraud institute and how these fraud institute plays with the future of students.
Mumbai Shala of Banking & Insurance is Fraud & Unregistered Banking operation training institute operate from Bhandup, Mumbai. MSBI have other branches in Borvali, Thane & Dombivali. MSBI’s short-term 45 days banking training program known as “Finstart”. Admission for this program done at Bhandup, Thane and Aggressively at Dombivali Center. Fraud people of MSBI commit you, after complete this program, students will placed in Private Banks.
Now I tell you how these fraud people make fool to the students by telling lie and given untrue promises. These people gives ad in local news-paper saying, Interviews is going on in Private Banks, After read this news, I called them ask about bank interview, Mrs. Bhonsale, who is the Marketing Manager of MSBI branch, Dombivali told me to come at our Dombivali center. We arrange interviews and people’s of bank came here to recruit you. So I visited MSBI’s Dombivali bank. After that Mrs. Bhonsale arrange farce of Written test for Bank job. After cleared in test, I qualified for Personal Interview. There was sitting one fraud bank person Santosh Joshi. Mrs. Bhonsale introduced him, He is HR of private bank. He asked me some basic questions related my-self. After he told, you got selected, but first you need to complete our Banking Training Program of 45 days, where you will trained under experience bankers and on 46th day, we will give you offer letter of bank. As well as Mrs. Bhonsale told my parents, we have tie-up with 11 private banks and insurance companies. We give only operation jobs in bank, and not Back office and sales jobs. Even Mrs. Bhonsale signed one declaration from me. In that declaration one point was like this :- You Can’t take any legal action against us. Mrs. Bhonsale told me, you need to pay Rs. 45, 000 as training fees in installment and last install of Rs. 20, 000 you give after getting an offer letter. This point also add in Declaration letter. She also told, “this Rs. 20, 000 we give to HR of private banks to placed our students. We placed 17 students in different different private banks. As well as we will provide 15 days Practical Training in Bank during this course. “
I am taken admission in Mumbai Shala of Banking & Insurance. We are 15 students in Batch. After course start smoothly but some days later we got first shock, Person who conduct our personal interview, Santosh Joshi, Mrs. Bhonsale introduced us he is bank staff was actually a other Marketing Executive of MSBI. There are other Fraud Bank staff also, who sit in Thane and Bhandup Branch of MSBI. Varun Arora, Nikhi Sharma and Chetan Gajjar are the names of other Fraud people, who make fool to students and parents. After all this our course start but after sometime, we get other shocks in line. We came to know, MSBI is not registered institute and not give any certificate after complete “Finsatart” program. The proof of this, Payment Receipt. On that receipt neither mention the name of Institute nor official stamp of MSBI. Only address of institute mention on that receipt. That kind of receipt book you will get easily in stationary shops. And Other part is, Mrs. Bhonsale and other responsible people not signed on that receipt. That receipt signed by Ms. Anuksha, who works part-time in MSBI and also doing a same course with us. Do you see, any student signed on the receipt of institute? But Ms. Anuksha also one fraud girl. Mrs. Bhonsale told, we placed every student of first batch, but we talk with students of first batch. MSBI not given job any single student in that batch. First batch students also upset. Because MSBI cheated with them too. Mr. G K Misra, CEO OF MSBI, teach us and given information of banking operation. But he not told us anything about Practical Training in Bank. Even he avoid that topic. We ask him and other every staff of MSBI, Tell us the name of 11 banks, who have tie-up with MSBI. But nobody is told us about this. Even all of avoid this question by telling first complete your course.
At admission time Mrs. Bhonsale promise us, Every students will get only operation job in Banks, and every student will opportunity of practical training in Bank. But now MSBI told, We can’t give you operation job, now students want to work in sales. We join MSBI for operation jobs, not for sales jobs. Anybody paid to HR Rs. 20000 for marketing job? Which are easily available without paying any cost? These all things shows, Mrs. Bhonsale, Varun Arora (Who is MBA from one unaccredited institute), Santosh Joshi (Behave like he is executive of Big brand, But actual he is fraud person of fraud institute), Nikhil Sharma (Doing Part-time job of Admin) and Ms. Auksha (Study with us, and also work for MSBI). Because of her we fill uncomfortable to talk about MSBI. She knows everything, but she shows on face she is unaware of all this things.
Today 3 months completed to join MSBI, but we and first batch of MSBI is jobless. MSBI fell to full-fill promises. Neither any practical training conduct in bank nor MSBI haven’t any tie-up with any banks. Head people of MSBI talking with us sweetly and make fool. Mrs. Bhonsale call us only at time of fees payment. Otherwise she haven’t any care about students. She wants only money. Now MSBI saying You need to pay PDC of 20, 000. First they told us, after getting placed, you need to pay Rs. 20, 000, in declaration also write this. But they are not ready to trust on us. But reality is we haven’t any trust on these fraud people. Santosh Joshi (Fraud Bank staff) saying, if you not give PDC, we will not give you placement, at admission time This Santosh Joshi told us, after clearing interview at admission time, you no need to give interview in Bank, After complete training you start to work in Bank. but now reality start to come out.
MSBI send us for interviews but before we reach to interview venue, immediate that day interview cancelled, because of silly reason, sometime HR in meeting or sometime HR went for Diwali holidays. And some places, Especially in Kotak Mahindra Bank, there no one knows what is MSBI. These MSBI people send us without any information, is there interview is going on or not and after reach interview venue, that bank staff insulted us. Now we realize, MSBI is Fraud Institute, we waste our time, our money behind running these fraud people.
I request you, please don’t go in this institute. Before join any course first take information about Institute, cross-check whether institute is genuine or not. Don’t believe on sweet talk of Marketing executive, they are sitting there only complete their targets. And They never told you what is right and what is wrong. Please also check, institute is properly registered by legal authority or not. And please try take admission in Government and AICTE, UGC recognize institute, Don’t go anywhere.
