Refung against fraud by Opulentus overseas

Hi,

I am writing this complaint after ultimate frustration with the service of Opulentus overseas career company. I have tried to draw attention to my complaints with this company itself, but with no response from their side after several mails, I need to take this here for justice.

I have made a contract on 12/09 with Opulentus for the service one city jobsearch (Regina, Canada) after long conversation with one executive (Swarna s Mahapatro) of them. She clearly told me and convinced me that
1) The agreement is for one city job search only,
2) they are only responsible for getting the interview calls, not for the job offer,
3) The agrrement is valid for 3 months, starting from the first interview call.

After this commitment, I made the agreement with paying Rs.8595.54. Obvious they took the money first and then give me the agreement paper where clearly mentioned that agreement is valid only for 3 months starting from the signing of this document. Here is the contradict starts. Then, it was also written that they will councell the client for getting the job and liable for interviews, not for job offering.

Since I have already paid the money, I had to sign that document considering that even 3 months from now is enough to get a job if I will get the interview calls.

But the bad things started after that. After taking the amount & signing the agreement they are providing the services, those are-
1) Developing my resume (obviously taken from me & some little editing on that)
2) applying to some jobsites from Internet

This two services can be done by anybody who has a computer with Internet. They not even contacted me anytime. Every Time I had to mail them for updates. This way, 3 months passed and I didn't get a single interview calls through them. And after three months they said the agreement period is over.

I made the written complaints to their own complaints blog. But after that also 7 days gone, I didn't get any response.

I really feel that I was cheated very badly with this company who has no experience in this kind of service except telling the fake words to clients to misguide them.
I have all the written communication in mails for reference. I really need the refund of my amount as they didn't provide any service to me.
