I did not notice the $14.95 being taken from my account every month for the past 11 months because of so many other charges I had made. I noticed this month because I had not used my account in a while and I got an overdraft fee.
I called the company after finding the phone number on this site and started yelling at the guy. I asked him what the company did (or didn't) do. He told me they give discounts to department stores. Who's going to pay $15 a month for a coupon?! Anyway then I asked why I was being charged and he told me it's because I signed up. I said I didn't and he insisted that I did. I asked him why would I sign up for something that I know NOTHING about? He told me to ask the other 5million customers why they signed up.
Then I told him to tell these 5 million people why his company is scamming them. I told him about these websites where people complain about the scamming and he said "people can say whatever they want online". And I said YEAH AND THEY WILL WHEN THEY SEE THAT SOME COMPANY IS SCAMMING THEM!!
I told him to give me my money back and he said he could give me this month's charge of $15.95 back. I said that's not good enough I want ALL of my money back. He said he couldn't do it and I insisted that he could. He told me to stop yelling at him or else he would hang up on me. I told him if he hung up on me I would have to take legal action. He said ok, well can you please stop raising your voice. I said I'd try but I was a little angered at the whole thing.
Then he transferred me to the billing department and he tried to get me to say that I was accepting the 1 month refund and I said that wasn't ok and that I want ALL of my money back because I did not EVER approve of them taking ANY of my money in the first place. He said he would give me a refund of all of my money 12 months worth. A total of $180.40. I am less mad now that I have my money back, but I still need to complain because they scam so many people. And I HATE people who scam!
