This company is a SCAM!!! Do not under any circumstances do business with them!! They charge your account within minutes of your order. Your order will never arrive. If it does, it will be defective as others have stated. I never recieved anything so I could not say if it works or not because even though I was charged, I never got anything!! I wish I knew about this site before I attempted to do business with them. If you look on their site, they only have a 1 star rating from Amazon.com!!!
I had to contact my credit card comapany and despute the charges. I have NEVER done that before on anything I have ever ordered. A reputable company will have a phone number to contact them, and will always at least attempt to rectify the problem. These people obviously don't care, if they did they would not be all over the internet as a ripoff!!
I placed my order on September 1st. I waited patiently and after 2 weeks when still no watch, I emailed them and got a reply from Andy saying they only ship every 2 weeks. and that my order was shipped and I would be getting a tracking number any day. Another week goes by and no tracking number. I contacted Andy again via email (they conviently have no phone number) He gives me a tracking number and a link to the site I can track the shippment. The site is in Chineese or some other languae that I can't read. I again contact Andy about this, I get another link to a different shipping company. I put in the tracking number and it is invalid! I write to them again and still have not recieved any type of response. It is now October 15th and I still have no watch!
Again, do not do business with watchez.com. You will get the runaround and never recieve anything. If by some miracle I do recieve my watch, I will report if it is what I ordered and if it works.
