I had attended a half n hour session along with 4 of my friends, which was said to be demo class by the employees of Java Learning Center Madiwala, to attend that class they asked us pay some money since all of us dint had money one of my friend paid 1000 Rs as advance per head, Immediately the next day I called JLC office and told them I wont be able to attend the classes due to my personal problems and to adjust the money (Rs 1000) to any one of my 3 friends who are attending the classes,
The person who spoke to me told manager is not there and and to call back,
after that i tried to call them several times, I think even the person who received the call every time felt bad! he told me that manager would be calling me back,
i waited for 15 days, Manager dint turn up, my remaining friends paid all the money (Rs 5000 per head), except RS 1000, which needs to be adjusted to some one's name,
but today OCT 4th one of my friend received a call by Manager Shiva Kumar, saying he cant adjust the money, it is neither transferable nor refundable as it is mentioned in the application form and I have signed it, and asked my friend to not to attend the classes from tomorrow until he makes payment of remaining Rs1000, I immediately called back to MR Shiva Kumar, and tried to explain him that i have attended the class for half n hour, and it was told to be demo class be the employees of JLC, and it is not fair to charge 1000 rs for that, The person is so rude that he says he is not doing social service, and he is running the institute for sake of money not for charity, not only my 1000 rs, even my friend who has already paid 4000 rs will not be allowed to attend the classes immediately from tomorrow until he makes the remaining Rs 1000 payment, he continues saying he has no human values,
society is not feeding him!!! etc etc..I have recorded the complete conversation with that person where he is totally rude, with no humanity, showing he is complete greedy for money, says it is the opinion of his director Mr Srinivas. My concern is not only about the money the humiliation i went through which i cant explain in words.
