The services of Forbes Water Purifiers are really very bad. I have never seen such indifferent attitude from a AMC provider. Inspite of my daily reminder calls the technician never comes for repair. Every day I get the same response from the call center that it will be done. the call center number is 18602661177. My complaint number is 65040050.
I did request for the manager number for escalation but there is no response on the numbers provided. I am completely disturbed with the AMC services.
