I had unsubscribed to "Missed call alerts" a few days ago and was surprised to note that today (29/10) I have received a message "Your service to Missed call alert has been renewed and a sum of... has been deducted from your account". I tried entering the airtel website but have been unsuccessful. I will try calling them. I find it surprising that this has become a common recurrence with Airtel and would be happy if the Airtel customer service and those high above take note and keep the name of Airtel clear of such happenings!!!
