i was thinking to buy a phone and i choose nokia E5 as it was my first preference, but later on after buying nokia i came to know that i took a wrong decision.

after buying E5 i got to know that my decision to opt nokia was wrong.

with in a week my nokia phone start giving me problem, problem started from hanging and it touches the peak.i have to go to nokia care once or twice in every month for some problem, and what i get there is just a software upgrade which is a temporary sollution for me and which removes all my data, book marks which i need to maintain in every 2 weeks.

after a month my speaker started giving me problem and i go to nokia care for same and what they did is just a software upgrade and they said me that they have changed my speaker (they make me fool). and after some days i again started suffering a problem for speaker and there is one more problem added in the list that was it was showing NO SIM but i cant find time to go but some how i manage it and get time as i can't use my phone as it was showing NO SIM.

and then i again go to nokia care and what i got to know is my phone had to go to back office which was a showk for me as it was a difficult for me to handle my stuff with out a smart phone.

after a week i had to call the nokia care to ask if my cell phone has arrived? and they replied me yes (they dont take pain to reply me or call me me that my phone has arrived and u cant take it back).

after getting my phone i thought all my problems has been sort out but i was wrong and with in 3-4 days i got to know some more problems in my cell which were added in my problem list, one was it automatically get switched off in between and other was it doesn't started charging, and i again have to find time to have a talk to nokia care as i am fed up now with your service, and suppport, now i am helpless and exhausted too with NOKIA SERVICE AND SUPPORT.

when i go to nokia care again and quote my problems i got t know from them that they need to send my cell phone again to the backhand for service which was a shock for me again i was helpless and dont have any thing else to do but then suddenly one of there executive naming KARAN told me that " i can do and try on my behalf " and i asked him wat if he meant by "my behalf"? then he replied that it means they will change the charging slot but dont enter in there data.

and i was shocked with there reply, they do some thing in my phone and it started charging and at that time and i went home and again in next morning i came to know that work done by them was again temporarily as my cell phone again stooped charging and again i had to mess up with my time schedule to go to nokia care, my frustration was on the top at that time and then before going to nokia care i preffered to register a complaint on phone so i called customer care helpline and register my complaint, and i register a complaint and go to nokia care and asked them to send my phone to back hand again.and i am now waiting for my cell phone to come, i hope that i will receive a call this time as i don't get any call from nokia to gave my feedback.

*i also have a problem with nokia care service centre that i have visited 10-12 times there but they don't enter my problem into computer for which i have come there into my account and yet thety have just registerd me 3-4 times. :-(i m also looking for the compensation from the nokia company
