Denied repair the product free of cost

I bought Immersion Water Heater (1 kW) from

Siva Electricals, Pallavaram, Chennai 600043, Phone: 044-22643765

Bill No.19064, Dated 18-June

on 18th June

The heater does not work.

(due to the Plug unit is melted - This is manufacturing defect)

I am asking the Bajaj & Siva Electricals to replace

the product or restore it free of cost.)

On Jan 31st I contacted the shop where I purchased. The shop owner I will get serviced from the Bajaj. And he noted by contact number. He did not called me.

After two weeks Feb 13th I visited the shop & asked what happened to my water. They told me to pay Rs.25, The heater is working properly.

I refused to pay single paisa since the product is in warranty period.

(Why I am saying is I waited for two weeks he does not give any response. If he asked Rs.25 on same day means I am ready to pay and use the product.)
