I K R Suribabu have booked Samsung Front Loading Washing MAchine (WF0550WJW) on October 27 from Balaji Electronics, Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The cost of the Washing Machine as told by the dealer was about 23, 300 RS. We promptly agreed and the dealer promised us deliver in 3 days. We paid Rs.1000/- as advance towards this.
It has been more than 10 days now and the dealer is neither returning the advance paid nor delivering the Samsung washing Machine (WF0550WJW). He continues to give us excuses that he has not recieved the stock from Samsung.
