Hi, We have raised a complaint on our non working state of Onida washing machine 7.5 kgs on 2nd may. On many reminders, service engineer (Ramesh) came to check the washing machine and informed that there is some switch which needs to be replaced. After that no response from him till date. Today, when we tried reaching him, after so many calls, he picked up and says that switch is not available. He also, says that, switch can be available at outside, but no bill will be available. HOw is this possible, when it is not available at main onida company, it will be available at outside and that too without bill. When trying to call customer care, there is no proper response from them. when tried calling secunderabad customer co-ordinator Mr. Mohan Rao, no response from him also. What is all this happening.
