Replacement of Mobile

I placed an order for the supply of one Mobile ' Blueberry' of Spice through my above referred order under Order ID No. 1017650938 Dated 21.05.2012.

Please note, supplied piece is not working well.

In the above supplied mobile New play list of songs or Video can not be created from Memory Card for which Audeo Player or Video Player can not work continusously.

So, you are requested to please replace the Mobile immeditely.

Kindly suggest me also how and from where I can redeem my Gift Vouchers worth Rs. -.
