Bought three wash basins vide cash memo number T72/354 dated 24-01.
One of the wash basin model number 205000002166595 was found to be damaged as informed to us by plumber Mr. Sumit Ojha sent by big bazaar, ranchi. After repeated reminders and personal contact with the personnels of big bazaar, ranchi Mr. Ananjan Khatua, ASM and Mr. Gurucharan Das, Sr, they finally instructed me to bring the wash basin to big bazzar and to surrender it on 03-01 and assured me that as soon as the particular wash basin is available at big bazaar ranchi I shall be informed, but no communication was made from big bazaar, ranchi to me.
In the mean time I visited ranchi for some official work and I also went to big bazaar ranchi to remind them about the replacement of my wash basin, but the personnel present over there refused to listen to my complaint and told me that there is lapse of two years, since the purchase of the article, so they will neither replace the article nor refund the amount.
