Sir, i'm sujit i purcjased bplfyr 21 neptune in 2001 problem is volume increases suddenly after 20th channel, front buttons except ON/OFF doesn't work properly if we increase the volume channel changes and recently picture disappeared and a red line is seen in the midddle of the screen but volume is heard please suggest me a solution i'm afraid if i get it repaired at a near by shop they may replace the original parts to get it checked in the service centres we have a busy schedule so kindly suggest me on this as soon as possible
