Not getting service against recharge

I am a customer of BSNL 3G Connection. My mobile number is 9475517679. I have recharged Rs. 65/= on 12.06.2010. This recharge is to avail a call rate of 10 paisa/minute to local BSNL mobile numbers. But since then, 50 paisa/minute are being deducted for calls to local BSNL mobile numbers. Regarding this, I have lodged a complaint in BSNL Customer Care Centere (complaint no. 5540110 dated14.06.2010). After that I contacted several times with BSNL Customer Care Centere, but did not get any solution. Moreover, the validity of this recharge is 30 days w.e.f. 12.06.2010. So, my appeal is to get the proper service for that recharge at the earliest.
