I have been using BSNL broadband services from past two years and with in this two years, I have changed 3 modems. Now, in the month of july i brought another modem from bsnl worth rupees 1600, and it is not working now. when i consulted the exchange for replacement, they are refusing to replace the modem because of the reson that modem is burnt. the modem is under warranty, the seal is still protected, there are no physical damage but even then they are not replacing the modem which is shame on bsnl company (India's best telcom service) but for me, it is india's waste telecom sevice.
