BSNL caller tune
Caller tune deactivation

Hi,

I have not activated the caller tune on my BSNL prepaid mobile no. 9466437840, but it is forcefully activated automatically. Even i send a request for the deactication but still it is not deactivated. Now every time Rs 20 is deducted from my mobile. Please help to prevent this automatic activation of the caller tune service so that no extra charges can be applied as a monthly fee for the service.
