Starting the unwanted services without permission and deducting the money from prepaid balance and when I tried to talk to the customer care official they are not giving option to speak to the representative. Every now and then they start one or the other service and deducting money. This must be stopped immediately and money should be refunded to me. thanks. My mobile no. is 9805296811.
