I purchased a blackberry bold 2 from CARIANO TELECOM, KAMLA NAGAR, DELHI last year in September. The phone worked fine for the first 7 months and now its giving me a whole lot of problems . the camera stopped working and now it just keeps on shutting down randomly . i wen to an authorized BB support ceneter to get it serviced and it was there that i was informed that my phone is an UNLOCKED RELIANCE phone and i need to take it to a reliance outlet.
I called CARIANO and they told me to go to a reliance web world... not tell them that i am using an airtel connection and try to get it repaired. WTF!!! these people never informed me that they are selling me an unlocked phone... how was i supposed to know that??? i dont know what will happen to my warranty and how to redeem it!!! when the phone boots up, it says reliance on the screen... so sketchy!
any suggestions??
