I had made an account transfer of an airtel postpaid connection from my father's name to my name and requested for the security deposit of Rs 1500 (ISD services) to be transferred from old account to new account. Only 650 Rs and an acitvation fee of 250 RS is reflected as security deposit and activation fee respectively. Lavanya (Mob : 9845003606) from Malleswaram 15 th cross airtel office was responsible for this transfer. I had been continuously calling her from past two months and no action has been taken. I have raised two complaints 16220808 and 16273932 in airtel customer care and both these were closed without resolution. When I called again today, they are not ready to take another complaint on the same. Please help
