I am just repenting for buying crompton geysers two years back, reasons will be quite obvious when you will go through this mail.when i was furnishing my new flat my sole intention was to go for all the standard products as suggested by the dealer (surabhi appliances) i went for the same.i got them (two) installed in april the first one started giving trouble within the guarantee period. the technician diagnosed it as burning of coil & failure of thermostat & changed all of them. once the technician opened it it became a routine since then this one went wrong twice once for the same reason just after few months & i had to pay around Rs.1, 300. the same went wrong again the last week & i had to pay Rs.350 more as it was the case of malfunction of thermostat as per the technician's diagnosis. parallely the second geyser (big one) consumed rs.650 reason were the coil& thermostat.after these all expenditures i could not take the sigh of relief as today morning both the geysers stopped working.whenever i'm switching it on only the red light glows.above all when the bigger geyser got made last week the technician left it with another problem of water leakage from the bottom & told this is plumber's part.it costed me Rs.400 further for the plumber. these things were sufficient to exhust me but maybe the company was not satisfied enough, whenever i had a talk with key men of crompton except mrs.nirupa i got a very rude behaviour.when i had a talk with mr.pawan he was rude as well as unreasonable enough to proceed talk with.i was expecting atleast a reasonable talk with Mr. Bera but to my shock he suggested that i should go for any technician i know as company's role is just for first one year (does the company disown its product after one year???).

i'm just writing this to gain your attention that-

1. how your customers are getting treated after.???

2.the person holding the chair of service incharge is how much deserving???

3.approach of the service people is how much rude???

at the end i would like to repeat that i'm desperate with both the behaivour of few of the people i've quoted the name of & the product itself. i'm really thankful to Mrs. Nirupa for being polite enough despite my repeated calls. for your kind information (in case you try to get inside) all the complains were lodged by the name of Mrs.anu sahu.
