Cug plan & message charges

I request before one month for deactivation of my cug plan but till date this is activate who will pay it's rent. Scondly iam activate message PACK BUT COMPANY charge me double charge (rent and per message charge).company reverse some amount but not full amountttttttttttttttt wt will i do for this.plz do some thing needfully
