Dell Quote 24339811 Customer: 781957099 - S.K. GOEL-E213
I have booked a Dell laptop (Studio 14 with i7 processsor) by the end of September. I made all the payments and told that it will be delivered by the end of Oct -10. But then I was informed at the end of October that it cannot be delivered as there are compatibility issues in the model. Then I told them to refund my money. Now even the Nov end is approaching but they have not made any effort to refund my money. This is totally pathetic.
