Dont take dell warranty.it is useless. I purchased my dell laptop on 15 july and i got a 1 year accidental damage warranty. I had got a windows 7 original with it. However they didnt provide me the CD of windows 7 even though i bought a original one.now when i want to format my laptop, i cant. i called them up, they said you will have to buy it. I said its under warranty period and also i had bought a original windows.they said they cant do anything.now my video card is also not working.they are saying that i have only hardware warranty and for software prob. they cant sent their representative to my place.they said they will charge 1300 for it even though it is under warranty period.never buy dell laptop.their warranty is fake.
