Poor Quality products and Customer care Service

I had purchased Dell XCD35 in July. Only in ten months it has stopped functioning. It got hanged and is not even starting.

On contacting Customer Care number, (which I found busy for 7 hours since morning), they keep on transferring the call to another person, which is really annoying. On contacting the dealer (Kalptaru Mobile Store, Surat) he asked me to contact the Dell Service Center. On contacting the service center, they said they have no idea about what to do with it and will have to send the handset to the company and I have to wait for a month to get the handset back. The company does not have the provision of giving an alternate handset to its customers, not even when their own company's handset doesn't work properly.

You can't expect all people to carry or buy more than one mobile.

Both the dealer and the Service Center did not even care to give a proper response or solution for the problem. Dell, being a reputed company, is not expected to employ such persons who can not even tell what the problem is, and don't even know how to talk to the customer.

I recommend that never go for Dell products as they do not care to provide a proper customer care service or an after sales service, once they have pocketed our money.
