Hi m a dealer from delhi n deals in voltas a/c but from these year a lost my interest in selling voltas as this year their your services center didn't provide any kind of services many of my costumers got disturbed by this n sent back me the a/cs n when i talked to the services head of delhi Mr. Sudipto n Mr. Bhatt they did'nt also respond me correctly... they use bad launguges n even to the costumers who are suffering from the services problems of voltas. The technician who mostly visit the sites a totally illiterate n illmannered they jus come n see after it n then say that the your product is fine n leave but after some time the same problem starts occur occurring. we are not at all happy wit the services of voltas in delhi... do you thing with these kind of problem a person can work with you... htese people are also not scared from the complaints done to the higher authorizes against them... it's my humbel request to you plz kindly look after the problem as fast as you can thank you...
