Dear Consumer
I Ordered 1 Videocon TV through edigiworld.com on 16 Dec order No.46705. They will not accept cash on delivery and I allready paid through Debit Card Option on the same day. After 15days they sent one message stating that they don't have stock and they told to make extra Rs.500 for substitute order. I paid that also order No.48494 and send one mail also. Till today 18 Jan I haven't received any message, mail or phone call regarding my order.
This is showing the negligence about the customer and they allready collected the amount of Rs.4500.
And they are not responding. This is the FRAUD Website please don't purchase any product.
Inspite of this the BIG BIG BRANDED COMPANIES LIKE SANSUI, PHILIPS, PANASONIC Etc.are helping them to cheat the customer. Because when we goto purchase the brand like SANSUI they recommends to buy through www.edigiworld.com. So these companies tieup with www.edigiworld.com to share the cheated amount from the customer.
So Iam requesting to take neccessary steps to avoid cheating customer like me. Not only me other customers also had complaints in this website. Please look this complaint as fast as to avoid other customers to save their amount and time by purchasing from this www.edigiworld.com.
