No cooling, specially in lower portion

Sir, I had bought this model in April from M/s Sri Mahaveer Appliances, Jyothinagar, Ramagundam (AP). Since I was away for about one and half year from my home I kept the refigerator OFF for that period. But when I came back in 2009 and switched it ON, there was no cooling. In the meanwhile I had to relocate myself to vizag, I got the fridge repaired from M/s Excell services, Gajuwaka (as I could not find any authorised services). He changed the evaporator coil as it got punctured. The fridge was working fine for about 4 months, but one day we observed that edible things kept in the fridge started rotting and there was no coolng, specially in the bottom portion. When we approached the same person, he said there is some problem with the bi-metal fuse and replaced the same, but the problem persisted. when again we approached him, he came and said the problem is with the timer and replaced the same and asked us to observe for a day or two. But again the problem continued, we told the same person again but he never turned up. When we contacted another person, he said the problem is with condenser coil and he replaced it, but still there is no respite.

Now we are fed up with all this. I feel I have committed a big mistake by buying ELECTOLUX KELVINATOR REFRIGERATOR, which doesn't have any after sales service.
