I had purchased a water purifier of Eureca Forbes - Aquaguard Protec Plus RO from the authoriaed dealer Mr. Khande last year.. There are various problems like entering ants or insects in the tank even though the top is fitted tightly.. The water tap is leaking frequently... Even though free services are offerred by company, not a single servicing is done.. Various requests has been done in this regard, but till date no one had approached to my home for the same..
Due to the problems stated above, the water gets contaminated and caused disease to me & my family... This is due to carelessness of company towards customer care... So, the medical expenses worth Ra. 20, 000/- and mental harrashment may be please reimbursed from the companyy
