10 days back i purchased AQUAGUARD protect plus water purifier in 13500 and for the past 3 days the machine is not working properly.i contacted the local dealer also, after lots of phone calls, the service person came but he was unable to rectify the problem.when i tried to contact the head office of EUREKA FORBES in mumbai, they took my complain and assured me that my complain will be resolved in 24 hours.but still there is no responce from their side.i am facing a lot of problem.and now i want my money back.i will go for some other water purifier.the persons from aquaguard are not responsible and their product is not safe and trust worthy.kindly help me in getting my money back. and i recommend all the cunsumers not to use aquaguard products in future.please help me regarding this.
