I had purchased the Aquaguard Star LX online water filter and purifier in the month of January and since then i have been following up with the company call centre and dealer CROMA for their support. CROMA has been very supportive but are unable to have a permanent solution in this matter since EUREKA has certain bureaucratic process laid down wherein it is taking immense time for calling a faulty product faulty and replacing it. ideally they seem to wear out the customer in the warranty so they dont have to replace product
The machine is constantly showing no water or uv lamp fault and out of this 10 month we have hardly been able to use it for 4 to 5 months and rest of the time there has been one or the other indicated issue. One of the company service person has confirmed that the Electronic Panel is faulty and needs replacement but the same is not done. At one other instance, the company person had come and told us that faulty machines are sold thru dealers and if you want good product and service, please buy from us only - this was also brought to the attention of CROMA. The offer given to us by the company person was to buy back the RS.10, 000 machine for RS.1000
