I HAVE PURCHASED A WATER PURIFIER (SENSA MODEL) FROM EUREKA FORBES LAST MONTH (SEPTEMBER) FOR RS. 17, 900/- FROM THE DATE OF INSTALATION IT IS NOT WORKING (THE MACHINE DO NOT GET THE WATER FROM TAP). THE SALES PERSON ONE MR. GANESH JUST INSTALLED THE MACHINE AND CHARGE RS.500 FOR THE IRON STAND AND GONE IMMEDIATELY AND NOT TESTED THE WORKING CONDITION. HE JUST GIVE HIS PHONE NO. AND TELL IF YOU FACE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE JUST CONTACT ME OVER PHONE. FROM THE NEXT DAY IF I CONTACT HIM HE JUST TELL 'PLEASE CUT THE TELEPHONE LINE I WILL CONTACT YOU' AND HE NEVER CONTACT US. WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE MACHINE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER EVERY TIME THEY JUST GIVE COMPLAINT NUMBER ONLY AND NO BODY COME AND CHECK THE MACHINE. AFTER ONE MONTH ON 14/10 I HAVE REGISTERED ONE MORE COMPLAINT THEY SEND ONE PERSON FOR SERVICE. THE SERVICE MAN COME AND CHECK THE MACHINE AND TELL 'SIR I CAN NOT RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, IT MAY BE MANAFUCTURING DEFECT YOU CALL CUNSTOMER COMPLAINT ONCE AGAIN. 'ON 16/10 AND 19/10 MORNING WE COMPLAINT ONCE AGAIN FOR REPLACEMENT OF NEW MACHINE THEY JUST GIVE ANOTHER COMPLAINT NUMBER AND NO BODY ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT TILL DATE.
