Poor Service/ No Receipt/ False Promise

Hi,

I purchased Eureka Forbes Euroclean Wet & Dry Model on 27th March for 9990 Rs. It stopped functioning on 2nd Day itself. I registered series of compliants in Eureka Forbes Help Line but no one turned out to solve the problem. Please direct me or do the needful to take strict actions against Eureka Forbes. Their sales person knocks the door very often before they sell the product and the turn deaf ear when we request for their help. The most tragedy part is that they mention in carton box life time free service. Whose life time its is?
