Attary and inverter not working properly till the seven month . it is in warranty period but shopkeeper did not replace it . he ignore it

I puchase a inverter and battary of microtek company . its not working properly till the time of purchase but shopkeeper not replacng it he only repair again and again . but inverter and battary not working properly.
