BACK UP PROBLEM

With reference to above it is very painful to inform you that I have been facing the back up problem in my battery since the purchase. I referred the matter first to my dealer M/s Modi Trade & Sales Agency, Dharmashala Road, Kishanganj, Bihar, but he had neither paid any heed to my request nor checked my battery (only charged two times) so I have been compelled to refer the matter to your good office.
2. That there is a close relation between inverter (UPS) and battery, each one is wholly dependent on other, so today I have checked my inverter (Su-Kam company) by Su-Kam’s engineer and he has certified that the inverter is all in order and the problem persists with the battery (field report by Su-Kam engineer enclosed).
3. That today while checking the batter it has been found that the water of one cell has turned black, which is quite unexpected and surprising.
4. I therefore request your good self to be kind enough to send your engineer/technician to check my battery as it is not working satisfactorily and it is also in warranty period.
