I would like to lodge an official complaint with my experiences with EZone in Powai.
A quick brief of the issue.
Two weeks ago a purchase order for a Samsung Plasma TV was made at Ezone Powai with a delivery time of 10 days.
On day 10, no call was returned to me. I spent the next 2 hours chasing the store (1 hour just to have someone pick up the phone! ) in order to find out if a delivery was going to be made today or not. Eventually after a great deal of stress, as I even had to go to the store just to get such a simple query resolved, I was told an additional four days would be required. The shop wasn’t even courteous enough to update me on the delay.
Four days later. No updates, no calls. I spent the better part of 2 hours in the morning trying to get hold of someone either at the store, or directly no the store manager’s number. Unfortunately no success. So at this stage I will be cancelling the order and promising myself, no matter what the promise on the surface, I for one will never buy another item from eZone again.
I think it is such a shame that your manager and the complete store has no knowledge of customer relations. On a personal note, it is a greater shame that eZone occupies such a local location when other companies with better customer care could cater to the needs of Hiranandani Gardens residents.
I’ll be posting my complaint on a number of forums and will attempt to highlight my story to the local society communications in greater detail.
