Myself sathya, my mobile number is 8870317243, On 11-1-11 night nearly 10.15 pm i have activated GPRS service for 5Rs by dialed *555*2#. i got the service, but for my every usage they took extra amount, so that i made call to customer service to deactivate my GPRS. The customer care executive said that, my GPRS is deactivated. but 12-1-11 morning 8.27 Am again my GPRS is activated. again i made call to the customer service, to deactivate it, but no proper response from the customer servive.

for each minute you debit 50 paise, but your executive always holding our call. so l lost more amount whenever i make call to your customer service. only for our problem we make call to the customer care, even for it u debit money. what's the meaning for that sir.

sir, deactivate my GPRS service permanently or temporaryly,

i am not satisfy ur customer service, i want to know, that customer care is working for us or for u.
