Epairing of touch pad & mouth piece

I have purchased a fujezone true touch mobile phone through homeshop18 & after using it for few months the touch pad did"nt respond properly then I sent this phone to the fujezone workshop New Delhi. I got it back after 20 days but again after a month the phone responded in the same way.
