Extremely good customer service before purchase! And equally poor service after purchase! We purchased LG Fridge on a Sunday (5/13), made full payment, and it was promised to be delivered on Tuesday (5/15). Tuesday we waited entire day, when called them, from store we were told that the product is already out for delivery. But it never arrived. We called again Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, the phone kept on ringing. Then I found one cell number on net and called up. Someone hand the phone over to the manager. He told me that they are busy and cannot follow up on such cases. He also gave me a phone number of some warehouse and told me to directly call and follow up. I asked them to follow up since I was busy in office. It was supposed to be there responsibility to get the product delivered. But the guy spoke rudely saying they all are busy and can’t work on this. Then he hung up the phone on me. When I called the warehouse number (or don’t know what number it was), after 2-3 rings, someone was continuously disconnecting the line. I called the store back in all 3 lines they had given, nowhere no body picked up. Horrible customer service after product is sold, lying on status and irresponsible, no basic etiquette while dealing with customers.
